Experience the Freedom of a Discovery Flight

An introductory flight is designed to give you a taste of the freedom that you gain after becoming a Certificated Pilot. The Discovery lesson is generally 30 minutes of flight time and 30 minutes of ground training in which you learn about flight training requirements, aircraft inspection, and other relevant information. Please bring a camera to record this amazing experience. Once airborne, you'll be able to experience the beauty of the Northwest with downtown Seattle in view along side Mt. Rainier!

No!! 12 years or older students will gain the most from the lesson, however students of any age are welcome!

Absolutely! We encourage you to bring your favorite camera along for the ride!

Yes, every Discovery flight is logged in your logbook as training and the flight will be used towards your Certificate!

We generally offer the students freedom of location. We tend to fly in the vicinity of the airport while offering students the opportunity to fly.

Yes, every student will be able to take the controls and fly the airplane with the exception of critical flight phases (Take-off,Landing).

Absolutely, we fly year round. In fact, flying during the fall and winter offers some exceptional scenery not otherwise seen.
